Everyone knows New Haven, CT is a food mecca and when it comes to pizza this great city boasts several hometown and national favorites. When you open up a pizza shop on State Street, a few blocks from the infamous Wooster Street, you need to put your branding where your mouth is. That is exactly what I did when asked to bring the 'I Slice New Haven' design to life. Owner and friend, Daniel Parillo, makes one mean pie and serves up tasty competition for local pizza legends like Sally's, Modern, Pepe's, and Abate's. If you are eating pizza anywhere else, you are doing it wrong.
